Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after arrival.
Refund will be given as: Refund Money.
If merchandise is NOT Defective:
In order to receive a refund all items MUST be returned in the original condition; all items MUST be returned with all original packaging and accessories; and, all items MUST be unopened and still in their plastic wrap. Items cannot have ANY cosmetic damage. All returns MUST be initiated within 14 days after delivery. A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from all returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping costs will also not be refunded.
If merchandise is Defective:
Customers can return any defective merchandise, but returns must be initiated within 14 days after delivery. Once the merchandise is received it will be tested by our Service Department. If it is found to be defective the customer will receive the original cost of the item, the original shipping, and the return shipping (if the customer emails us the cost of return shipping). If, however, an item is found to be fully functional by our Service Department, the customer will be denied a refund. Also, if an item has been damaged, inadvertently or otherwise by the customer no refund will be issued.
